This client came to us looking to promote a junior drag racing venture. They needed a site that would serve as a resource for parents, but allow the participants to interact with it. We implemented a few specialized plugins to achieve the functionality they were looking for. Through this site, parents can register their children for the event and pay through PayPal. They can also view the participant list, using a roster plugin. There is an embedded Instagram feed that allows for instant image upload to the gallery page and there are social media share buttons on all pages, that allow people who are browsing a page on the site to quickly share it on their social media channels. There are also custom forms that allow for sponsorship and a classifieds section where vendors can sell items. Parents can be kept informed of any news and upcoming events by glancing at those respective areas right on the home page.
